STATEMENT FROM SPEDICON LOGISTICS || OFFICIAL NOTICE - UNAUTHORIZED USE OF "SPEDICON" TRADE NAME
To: All Valued Agents & Business Partners
Dear Sir / Madam,
We issue this formal notice to address the unauthorized use of the trade name “Spedicon Logistics” by an entity operating in Karachi, Pakistan.
We hereby unequivocally confirm that the aforementioned entity has no affiliation, association, authorization, partnership, agency, franchise, representation rights, or legal relationship whatsoever with our organization.
For absolute clarity:

Our Colombo Head Office operates exclusively under the legally registered entity Spedicon Logistics Pvt Ltd, Sri Lanka.

Our Maldives Associate Office operates under the legally registered entity Spedicon Maldives Pvt Ltd, Republic of Maldives.
-
Our former Dubai operations under Spedicon Logistics LLC have been formally merged with MCL Shipping LLC and function strictly within our approved corporate structure.
No rights, licenses, permissions, approvals, or operational mandates have been granted to any individual, entity, or organization in Pakistan or elsewhere in the world to use the name “Spedicon Logistics", whether in full, in part, or in any identical or deceptively similar form.
Any representations, commitments, agreements, financial transactions, or undertakings made by the above-mentioned Pakistan-based entity are conducted entirely without our knowledge, authority, or consent. Accordingly, the Spedicon Group expressly disclaims any and all liability, responsibility, or accountability arising from any dealings with such entity.
The unauthorized use of our established trade name is a serious matter. It has the potential to create confusion within the international freight forwarding and logistics community and may constitute misrepresentation and passing off. We are actively reviewing and pursuing all appropriate legal and regulatory measures necessary to protect our corporate identity, brand integrity, goodwill, and global reputation.
We strongly advise all partners and stakeholders to exercise heightened due diligence and to ensure that all commercial engagements, correspondence, financial transactions, and cooperative arrangements are conducted solely with our officially registered entities and duly authorized offices.
We appreciate your continued trust and cooperation and request that this notice be circulated within your respective organizations to prevent any misunderstanding or misrepresentation.
